I was a journalist and a lecturer before I ever set foot in the Commission.

Before Brussels, I worked as a journalist in Poland — and later taught in the Human Sciences Department at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. That's where I built the skills I now put to work for you: structuring an argument, writing clearly under pressure, and explaining complex things simply. I spent years in Human Resources at the Commission — I know what examiners are really looking for.

I worked across operational DGs: DG REGIO, DG HOME and DG COMP, DG HR as a staff representative supporting EU professionals through internal and external exams. I've sat on the recruiting side. I know how to brief you on competency interviews, help you find the right words to talk about yourself, and coach you to actually sound confident — not rehearsed.

I'm a certified Clean Coaching facilitator — trained in Paris, practiced on real people.
